We currently have two methods of delivery: Personal Delivery & Freight using Provida to Business Address Only
Personal Delivery
We offer delivery with our own van on set routes and set dates (generally every 4 weeks) at drop off points. Orders must be placed by the Thursday prior to the scheduled delivery.

Waikato – Te Aroha, Morrinsville, Cambridge, Hamilton (Gardens and The Base)
Bay of Plenty – Katikati, Tauranga (Bethlehem), Mount Maunganui, Te Puke
South Auckland – Paeroa, Ngatea, Bombay Service Area, Manukau
Te Awamutu – New Plymouth (Cedar Lodge Nurseries)
Delivery Charges:
$3 per 20kgs to Waikato, Bay of Plenty and South Auckland
$5 per 20kgs to New Plymouth
Minimum charge of 20kgs each order
Provida Freight
For deliveries outside these areas we then use frozen freight by Provida every Thursday. Orders must be placed and paid for by Friday for delivery the following week, and will be dispatched on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. The delivery charge is dependent on consignment weight and delivery location. On the Cart and Checkout page there is a shipping calculation for the cost of delivery.
NOTE: PROVIDA ONLY DELIVER TO COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES
In certain circumstances orders may be delayed without prior notification. On occasions Provida may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are out of our control. We do not track orders so will not be able to notify you of delays.
We do not have a physical store but we also offer local collection in Waihi by arrangement. Please place your order online in the usual way and select the pick up option. We’ll then get in touch to sort out a time for you to pop in. If you have any questions on delivery, or simply wish to speak us, please contact us.
